Wallis Energy has over thirty years experience developing energy, efficiency, transmission and
storage projects, financial analysis, corporate strategy, and negotiation strategy.
Wallis Energy has served utilities, government agencies, and corporate clients. Personnel have
identified, evaluated, and completed over 20 project and corporate acquisitions.
Notable accomplishments include:

Performed development tasks for
projects such as 3.8 MW biomass, 15 MW gas, and 500 MW coal power plants. Tasks include identification, permitting, grant proposals, financial modeling, bidding power proposals and contract
negotiation for sites, fuel and power sales.

Prepared proposals and
negotiated contracts for >100 MW of demand-side management contracts with utilities such as PG&E, SCE, NYSEG, RG&E, Bangor Hydro, and Bonneville Power.

Negotiated settlement and
testified before RI PUC to save ratepayers $12 million while increasing utility profits by $1 million.

Analysis provided to the NY
PSC resulted in a client signing a $19 million utility contract.
